About Fin

Fin is the AI Customer Agent company on a mission to help businesses provide perfect customer experiences. Our AI Agent Fin is the highest-performing AI Customer Agent on the market today, enabling businesses to deliver impeccable, always-on customer support across the customer journey—from service, to sales, to ecommerce. Powered by our own AI models, Fin resolves complex customer issues end-to-end across every channel with minimal set-up and integration. Fin can also be combined with our natively integrated Intercom help desk for a single system designed for modern support teams.

Founded in 2011, Fin became one of the fastest-growing companies and remains one of the largest private software companies in the world, with nearly 30,000 global businesses using our products to transform their customer support. Driven by our core values, we push boundaries, build with speed and intensity, and relentlessly deliver incredible value to our customers.

The Opportunity

Fin is becoming a Customer Agent—one that handles the customer lifecycle end-to-end, from day 10 to year 10. We've already introduced roles like Fin for Sales and Fin for Ecommerce, and that's just the beginning. As Fin gets better, the question for businesses shifts from "Can AI handle some of our tickets?" to "Which roles inside our company should Fin do?"

This role is about answering that question: helping launch the next roles for Fin, establishing product and message-market fit, and defining the go-to-market (GTM) motion that turns a bet into a category.

You’ll be at the intersection of product, AI, sales, and strategy—building from scratch, not maintaining an established narrative. ** здание**

You’ll:

  • Start from a blank page, doing foundational research on buyers, their roles, and why Fin would matter.
  • Create messaging that resonates and adapt it based on what works (and what doesn’t).
  • Scale the narrative, positioning, and ICP to grow them into a repeatable part of the business.
  • Work directly with product, engineering, sales leadership, and marketing.

You'll have to move fast, think like a first-principles builder, and help define what great PMM looks like for a product category that doesn’t fully exist yet.

Responsibilities

  • Lead positioning and messaging for new Customer Agent roles from first principles.
  • Conduct foundational research on new buyers, roles they perform, and pain points Fin resolves.
  • Find and iterate on product-market and message-market fit, adjusting based on real-world response.
  • Define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and target audiences for each role, guiding marketing and GTM teams.
  • Drive the growth motion once fit is established, scaling from early traction into a repeatable and expanding part of the business.
  • Build high-impact narratives and enablement materials that sales teams actually use.
  • Develop PMM assets: web pages, launch decks, narratives, enablement scripts, and launch materials—plus maintain the "brain" of PMM context for an AI-first approach.
  • Lead launches and GTM moments for new roles, working cross-functionally to deliver messaging that aligns with sales, campaigns, and content ideas.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across every customer touchpoint—website, sales decks, email, etc.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Requirements

This is a hybrid strategist, storyteller, and technologist role.

You must have:

  • 5+ years in product marketing, preferably in B2B software/tech. Experience shaping how complex products are understood and positioned.
  • Proven ability to take new products from zero to scale—launching net-new ideas, finding product-market fit, and driving early traction.
  • Owned a full product lifecycle through research, positioning, GTM enablement, and growth scaling.
  • The mindset for “starting from scratch” when needed—doing research, creating narratives, and launching without a predefined template.
  • Comfortable in fast-moving environments where you observe how quickly tech ships versus when messaging gets finished—without compromising quality.
  • Exceptional written communication, turning insights into crisp briefs, sharp narratives, and targeted syntheses that drive alignment.
  • Strong editorial judgment—distinguishing clear positioning from hollow marketing language.
  • Willingness to challenge vagueness and demand precision in both your work and others'.
  • Deep product obsession and hands-on technical fluency—you must study the docs, use the product, and engage with its tech before shaping messaging.

Ready to think like a technologist?

  • Genuine enthusiasm for AI, not just conversations—you experiment with LLM principles and tools.
  • Fluent use of AI tools that shape how you write, analyze, and strategize.

Need to cross-blend strategy and execution:

  • You don’t delegating strategy—you strive to appear in the asset, pitch, launch, and growth outcomes.
  • Strong independent contributor skills managing complex, ambiguous tasks with grace.
  • A systems thinker who builds scalable messaging frameworks beyond one-off deliverables.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, trusted by colleagues, and more effective as a contributor than silo.
