The company

Lumion is redefining how architecture is communicated in the era of AI, from early concepts to final presentations. Our expanding portfolio helps architects, designers, and visualization professionals communicate ideas with speed, clarity, and emotion, while making it easier for teams and stakeholders to collaborate around design. We're an international team of developers, designers, architects, and visualization specialists, based across our Netherlands HQ, Denmark, Poland, and a globally distributed remote workforce. The convergence of 3D rendering, real-time engines, and generative AI is accelerating, and we intend to lead it.

The role

You'll own message-to-market fit for the Lumion portfolio. This is the bridge between Product, Marketing, and Sales: positioning, messaging, go-to-market planning, and enablement that connects the right value proposition to the right audience at the right time. It's a commercially driven individual contributor role. You set the strategy and you roll up your sleeves to execute it. You won't produce every asset yourself, since much of our product marketing content is created in-house or with technical visualization experts and artists, but you provide the creative direction, briefs, and messaging that make that work land commercially.

We're looking for a senior PMM who pairs classic positioning rigor with AI fluency. You use AI to move faster on research and production, you understand how buyers now research through AI, you can prototype your own ideas rather than only briefing them, and you bring the taste and judgment that keeps our voice distinctive.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you'll own

  • Positioning and messaging: Build and evolve the frameworks that make Lumion's value and differentiation clear across the portfolio. Partner with Product and Content to turn capabilities into competitive narratives, and brief the Content team so the message holds up across every channel and audience.
  • Go-to-market: Plan and orchestrate launches and feature rollouts with Product, Marketing, and Sales. Coordinate the contributors, then track what the launch actually did and adjust based on the data.
  • Market and customer insight: Market research, competitive analysis, win/loss reviews, ICPs, and personas that align everyone around one well-defined audience. Use AI-assisted research to keep competitive intelligence continuous rather than point-in-time.
  • Content and campaigns: Work with Product, Content, and Visualization teams on campaign assets, landing pages, articles, video and tutorial content, case studies, presentations, battlecards, and sales collateral. Lead the visual storytelling that shows what Lumion can do, briefing copywriters, designers, visualization artists, and video producers. Where it's useful, mock up the landing page or the interactive demo yourself.
