About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead strategic GTM (go-to-market) efforts within one of our global, cross-functional Pods. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you’ll drive commercial growth by shaping product-led brand strategies and collaborating closely with product leadership and marketing teams.

Key Requirements
- Data-driven, collaborative, detail-oriented mindset
- Passion for commercial and technical SaaS (especially high-growth startups)
- Exceptional ability to synthesise market insights for winning messaging and strategies
Key Responsibilities
- Buyer auditor: Become the central hub for our product knowledge, and the go-to expert on our buying audience (customers, personas, competitive landscape)
- Market research: Define and track competitor strengths/weaknesses, target audience pain points, and tech ecosystem trends
- Strategic messaging: Drive clearly articulated product positioning, value propositions, and messaging, ensuring consistent alignment across Sales & Marketing
- Co-author campaigns: Partner with Marketing & Sales Enablement to create impactful content and campaigns (whitepapers, web pages, ROI calculators, presentations)
- Roadmap alignment: Collaborate with Product teams to define strategic direction based on market and sales insights
- Design Sprint leadership: Facilitate -create customer-centric GTM strategy for new feature launches
- Competitive enablement: Lead consistent sales & product training on competitive positioning
- Lift KPIs: Track and optimize win rate, deal velocity, pipeline, adoption, and expansion
- Cross-team liaison: Serve as a bridge between Product & Commercial teams, ensuring shared understanding and alignment
- Launch operations: Oversee goals, strategy, and execution for new products and feature launches

Qualifications
Experience:
- At least 2+ years in B2B Product Marketing (or equivalent)
- SaaS & high-growth startup experience preferred
Skills & Attributes:
- Exceptional storytelling and content creation (e.g., whitepapers, web content, ROI tools, presentations)
- Advanced AI tools proficiency: Content generation, messaging optimisation, and market intelligence
- Analytical, customer-centric decision-making
- Humble but ambitious, eager to drive impact
