You must already have the right to work in the UK, as we're unable to sponsor visas for this role.
We are primarily recruiting in the UK. However, we are open to exceptional candidates elsewhere in Europe where a suitable employment arrangement can be established.
The opportunity
OpsPilot is an AI-led observability platform helping engineering and operations teams move from monitoring data to evidence-backed operational understanding - so they can investigate problems faster and act with greater confidence.
Intergral has more than 20 years of experience in application performance and observability, with an established customer base built around FusionReactor. OpsPilot is now expanding beyond its historic Java and ColdFusion roots into the wider observability market, supporting OpenTelemetry-based metrics, logs and traces.
At the heart of OpsPilot is Coworker, an AI operations capability that continuously investigates telemetry, identifies situations that need attention and provides evidence-backed findings and recommended next steps.
We have the technology, established customers and deep observability expertise. Our next challenge is commercial: to discover, prove and scale a differentiated position for OpsPilot in the wider observability market.
We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager / GTM Lead – Observability to play a central role in making that happen.
This is a hands-on senior role for someone who can understand a technically sophisticated product, get close to customers and technical buyers, develop strong market insight and translate that understanding into positioning, messaging and measurable commercial demand.
What you'll own
- Own and continuously refine our ICP, positioning and messaging for OpsPilot.
- Develop a deep understanding of buyers across SRE, Platform Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure and IT Operations.
- Talk directly with customers and prospects to understand their problems, buying triggers, objections, alternatives and use cases and turn those insights into GTM decisions.
- Translate sophisticated technical capabilities into clear customer value and differentiated market messages.
- Own competitive positioning across the observability market.
- Help determine where OpsPilot can genuinely differentiate and win.
- Define campaign themes, product launches, use cases and commercial content priorities.
- Ensure website, campaign, trial and sales messaging tell a consistent and compelling story.
- Turn customer experience into proof points, case studies and sales enablement.
- Work closely with our CEO, Customer Success, content and engineering teams.
- Use data and attribution to understand which audiences, messages and channels generate qualified trials, opportunities and pipeline.
- Help us build a repeatable GTM system and progressively develop strong internal ownership of it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we're looking for
- Strong product marketing or GTM experience in B2B SaaS.
- Experience marketing technically complex products to technical audiences.
- Strong practical experience with positioning, messaging, ICP development and competitive analysis.
- Comfortable interviewing customers and prospects and extracting genuine market insight.
- Able to work credibly with product and engineering teams.
- Commercially minded - you care about qualified demand, opportunities, pipeline and conversion, not simply marketing activity.
- Hands-on and comfortable operating in a smaller technology company without a large marketing department.
- Curious, analytical and evidence-led. You should be comfortable challenging assumptions - including ours.
- Strong judgement in using AI for research and content without producing generic AI-generated material.
Domain experience
Direct experience in observability, APM, DevOps or SRE would be particularly valuable.
We are also interested in strong candidates from adjacent technical markets including developer tooling, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, cybersecurity, infrastructure SaaS and data/platform engineering.
Experience with technologies or ecosystems such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic, Splunk, Kubernetes or the major cloud platforms would be useful.

- Fully remote working within the UK and flexible working hours.
