About the Role

You will develop, execute, and refine the go-to-market strategy for a core area of the Bitrise Mobile DevOps Platform. Working across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, you will lead launches, shape positioning and messaging, generate pipeline, and build sales enablement across direct and self-serve customer journeys.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution for a focused set of products.
  • Plan and execute product and feature launches with cross-functional teams.
  • Run cross-sell campaigns for existing customers.
  • Improve onboarding, activation, and conversion from free to paid.
  • Run product-led growth and top-of-funnel experiments to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Develop sales enablement for direct and self-serve channels.
  • Support pipeline generation at developer events and conferences.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and deliver market insights that inform go-to-market strategy.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience for developer tools.
  • Strong understanding of marketing complex technical products to technical buyers.
  • Proven experience with ICP development, competitive intelligence, go-to-market planning, and launches.
  • Understanding of mobile app development tools and processes.
  • Track record of launching products and features with measurable outcomes.
  • Comfortable engaging with engineers and establishing technical credibility.
  • Experience with self-serve or product-led growth motions for developer products.
  • Experience using product analytics, user interviews, web analytics, and campaign data to generate insights.

Experience with lifecycle marketing campaigns that move users through a self-serve funnel is required. A technical background and familiarity with CI/CD, build systems, Mobile DevOps, Gradle, Bazel, Xcode, or React Native would be particularly valuable.
