Job Description
About the role
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will contribute directly to Shippeo's commercial growth by owning audience-centric go-to-market strategy, content, and operations, translating a rapidly expanding product portfolio into compelling, insight-led narratives that resonate across markets, industries, and buyer segments.
Working closely with the Head of Product Marketing and Lead PMMs, you will be a trusted cross-functional partner to Campaigns, Sales, and the wider Marketing team, shaping how Shippeo is positioned and perceived at every stage of the commercial funnel.
Location & Work Model:
- Location: Paris, France or London, UK
- Work Model: Hybrid (at least 2 days per week in-office)

Key Responsibilities
- Own Audience Go-to-Market: Develop and execute targeted value propositions and content for priority audiences, industries, and use cases, from strategic framing through to final delivery.
- Create High-Impact Commercial Content: Produce compelling, insight-driven assets (messaging frameworks, sales enablement materials, battle cards, landing pages) that directly support Sales, Campaigns, and ABM programmes.
- Lead Product Launches & Release Communications: Manage end-to-end launch processes, coordinating internal readiness, external messaging, content delivery, and post-launch measurement.
- Partner on Campaign Programmes: Collaborate with the Campaigns team to ensure consistent, scalable messaging across channels and markets, aligned to key audience segments.
- Strengthen Event Narratives: Develop the content and story behind Shippeo's strategic events, ensuring positioning is sharp, differentiated, and audience-relevant.
- Build Scalable PMM Processes: Create repeatable frameworks for planning, producing, managing, and measuring go-to-market content across the team.
- Lead Insights & Research Programmes: Design and run structured research initiatives, building hypotheses, conducting interviews, analysing data, and synthesising findings into actionable go-to-market recommendations.

Qualifications
- Proven track record in a B2B SaaS product marketing role, with demonstrated experience taking products or features to market
- Strong content production skills with an exceptionally high bar for quality: you craft messaging that is clear, compelling, and audience-first
- Hands-on experience managing product marketing operations: launch processes, release communications, content management, and performance measurement
- Ability to run structured research programmes: from hypothesis design and stakeholder interviews to data analysis and insight synthesis
- Commercial acumen: you connect product value to customer outcomes and business impact with confidence
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management: you build trust, influence without authority, and drive alignment across Sales, Campaigns, and Product teams
- High ownership mindset: you move work forward autonomously and thrive in a fast-moving environment
- Fluent in English (required)

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
- Experience in a dedicated content marketing or content strategy role
- Familiarity with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) platforms and methodologies
- Exposure to supply chain, logistics, or enterprise SaaS markets
- Experience contributing to event strategy or conference narratives
