About the Role
IG Group is a FTSE 100 fintech operating across five continents, serving over 1.4m customers and handling billions of dollars in transactions – built on scale, trust, and proof. We didn't pivot to innovation; it's how we've always operated. What that means for the people who work here is real: genuinely complex problems to solve, the technology and resources to tackle them properly, and the kind of scope that's rare in established businesses.
The bar is high – bring a curious and forward-thinking mindset and we'll give you the platform to define what comes next.
Join us at IG – the future gets built here.
Your Team
This role reports into the Head of Brand & Product Marketing and works equally closely with the Product function and the wider Marketing team — Brand, Performance, Content, Creative and CRM — to ensure product and marketing move in step. You'll be the connective layer between Product Managers building the roadmap and Marketing teams executing campaigns, translating product context into marketing plans and ensuring campaign delivery reflects what's actually being built and shipped across EME markets.
Your role in the Team’s Success:
IG Consumer is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to close the gap between what we build and how it lands with clients across UK, Europe and the Middle East (EME). As product launches and features become more complex, this role will bring an added layer of go-to-market strategy, and closer coordination across Product and Marketing to help campaigns land with even more impact. This role sits at the intersection of both, owning proposition messaging, go-to-market strategy for new releases while coordinating the campaigns that bring them to life across the region.
What You’ll Do:
Product marketing & go-to-market
- Own go-to-market strategy and messaging for product launches and feature releases, translating product capability into clear, compelling value propositions for clients across EME markets.
- Partner with Product Managers to understand the roadmap early, ensuring marketing has the lead time and context needed to plan effective launches.
- Partner with Compliance and Commercial teams to understand regulatory requirements and pricing strategy early, ensuring go-to-market plans are shaped by both from the outset.
- Develop positioning and messaging frameworks that flex across different audience segments while staying consistent with IG's brand voice.
- Act as the voice of the customer back into Product, feeding market and campaign performance insight into roadmap and prioritisation conversations.
- Manage and develop a direct report, providing coaching and clear objectives to support their growth within the team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
