Senior Product Marketing Manager – Recruitment Cloud
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager – Recruitment Cloud based in United Kingdom.
Own the product marketing strategy for a leading recruitment solution designed for staffing firms worldwide.
- You’ll shape positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans that support growth, adoption, and long-term client retention.
- The role combines market insight, commercial thinking, storytelling, and close collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing.
- You’ll become a trusted subject matter expert, translating complex product capabilities into compelling customer value.
- Your work will influence product strategy, sales enablement, campaigns, competitive positioning, and customer engagement.
- You’ll operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values ownership, agility, continuous learning, and measurable results.

Accountabilities
- Own the global go-to-market strategy for the Recruitment Cloud product, developing plans that support revenue growth, adoption, and client retention.
- Develop compelling product positioning and buyer-focused messaging across key audiences and market segments.
- Translate the product story into high-quality customer-facing and internal content, including presentations, blog posts, website copy, product videos, sales materials, and other enablement assets.
- Serve as a product marketing subject matter expert by engaging directly with customers and Sales teams to understand needs, challenges, requirements, and market opportunities.
- Educate internal and external stakeholders on product capabilities, differentiators, and customer value through presentations, enablement sessions, webinars, and other communication channels.
- Conduct competitive analysis and develop differentiated competitive positioning to support Sales, Solution Consulting, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Partner closely with Product to understand strategy and roadmap priorities and provide market, customer, and go-to-market insights that inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with the broader Marketing organization on campaigns designed to build pipeline and support bookings goals, including webinars, digital marketing, account-based marketing, and other programs.
- Develop strategies that encourage existing customers to adopt new product innovations and maximize the value they receive from the platform.
- Independently manage cross-functional projects, timelines, stakeholders, and expectations to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or a closely related commercial or product-focused function.
- Strong understanding of SaaS technology, including SaaS business models, market dynamics, positioning, and pricing.
- Strong commercial acumen and an ability to understand and support complex sales cycles and enterprise buying processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience presenting to and collaborating with senior-level internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong storytelling abilities, with the ability to communicate complex product concepts through compelling written, visual, and video content.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects and collaborate effectively across Product, Sales, Marketing, Solution Consulting, and other teams.
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with a detail-oriented and process-focused approach to decision-making.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment where priorities can evolve and initiative is highly valued.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to translate customer needs and market insights into effective product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Experience working with CRM, reporting, analytics, or business intelligence solutions is a plus.
- Previous experience in the recruitment or staffing industry is advantageous.
- Experience working with solutions built on the Salesforce platform is a strong plus.
