Job Title
Our mission is to provide innovative services critical to society, unlocking a cleaner, better and more profitable future. Working towards this goal, Volue has become a leading technology supplier and enabler of the green transition, helping energy companies simplify and optimize everyday operations.
Volue’s Commercial Operations business covers our product portfolio within energy trading and asset optimization, providing software that traders, asset owners, and utilities use to optimize their assets and participate in European power markets.
It is one of our fastest-growing areas, driven by the rapid battery buildout, new entrants into energy markets, and expansion beyond our traditional core markets.
We are now looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape how we bring this portfolio to market, serving customers ranging from first-time traders to some of Europe’s largest utilities and asset owners.
This is a senior individual contributor role with significant ownership of positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
What you will be doing to make a difference:
You will own product marketing for Volue’s Commercial Operations portfolio and turn market, customer, and product insights into compelling stories that resonate with different customer segments.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Positioning & messaging: Own value propositions, personas, and messaging frameworks across the Commercial Operations portfolio.
- Go-to-market: Develop segmented GTM strategies for customers ranging from new market entrants and proprietary traders to multinational utilities and asset owners.
- Launches & demand: Lead product launches and work with Growth Marketing to build an always-on demand engine, continuously testing and improving what converts.
- Sales enablement: Create high-impact sales materials including pitches, decks, one-pagers, case studies, and battlecards based on real customer use cases.
- Product partnership: Work closely with Product Management to translate complex product capabilities and roadmap developments into clear customer value.
- Market & competitive intelligence: Build a strong view of European energy markets, customer segments, regulation, regional dynamics, and competitors, bringing insights back into both GTM and product decisions.
- Customer advocacy: Develop customer references, success stories, thought leadership, and content for campaigns, events, and white papers.
- AI-enabled marketing: Use AI across research, content development, and competitive monitoring to increase the quality and scale of your work.
- Performance: Own launch and campaign performance, pipeline influence, and adoption KPIs, using data to continuously reprioritize.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
