What do we do?
Our Mission
At Thinkproject, we are on a mission to digitise and transform the built environment. As Europe’s leading Built Asset Lifecycle Platform provider, we help construction, infrastructure, and energy organisations plan, deliver, and operate assets more efficiently, safely, and sustainably.
Our Values & Culture
We foster a culture that is insightful, straightforward, and relatable. We value curiosity about our customers, rigour around evidence, and the ability to turn technical complexity into clear, compelling narratives.
Joining Thinkproject means stepping into a collaborative, ambitious, and high-trust international environment where your ideas matter, your voice is heard, and your autonomy is respected.
What your day will look like
As a key member of our Global Product Marketing team, you will play a central role in shaping our global GTM strategy while taking secondary responsibility for driving product marketing impact across our Central (German-speaking) region.
We are looking for a consultative, data-driven strategist and master storyteller. You thrive when working independently but excel at bringing cross-functional partners along with you. You are comfortable challenging assumptions, pushing back constructively with evidence, and influencing senior stakeholders across the business, even without direct authority.
Key Responsibilities
- Global Strategy and Regional Execution: Drive core global PMM initiatives while tailoring positioning, messaging, and launches for high-impact performance in the Central market.
- Positioning and Storytelling: Translate complex platform capabilities into distinct, outcome-focused customer stories.
- Go-to-Market Leadership: Lead cross-functional launch plans for new features, major platform releases, and integrated cross-solution propositions.
- Commercial Activation: Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and partners to create high-impact enablement tools (playbooks, battlecards, decks, demo narratives) that win deals and boost adoption.
- Market Intelligence and Product Partnership: Act as the voice of the customer and competitor landscape. Feed data-driven market insights directly back to Product Management to shape the roadmap.
- Commercial Impact: Work with Demand Generation and Brand teams to build conversion-led campaigns, tracking performance against clear pipeline and growth metrics.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
