Job Description
Out of the successful launch of Chase in 2021, we're a new team, with a new mission. We're creating products that solve real-world problems and put customers at the center - all in an environment that nurtures skills and helps you realize your potential. Our team is key to our success. We're people-first. We value collaboration, curiosity, and commitment.
As a Senior Product Operations Manager at JPMorganChase within the Chase Accelerator, you'll join us to help build a multi-market, multi-product banking platform that will power Chase's expansion into Europe. You'll lead a team of Product Operations Managers and Analysts, owning operational coherence across a complex product area - from launch readiness and the enablement of the internal teams who run our products, through to the evidence loop that brings production reality back into roadmap decisions. This is a people leadership role, and you'll operate with a high degree of autonomy across the seam between product, engineering, and banking operations. You could work across a range of areas including core banking, payments, and cards, depending on where your experience and interests best fit. We are a fintech-focused team, and we're looking for people who want to make a product organization genuinely work, drive good operational culture, and keep building deep expertise in the space.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Product Operations Managers and Analysts, owning their coaching, development, and performance
- Drive operational coherence across a complex product area, ensuring enablement quality, launch readiness, and workaround cost are visible and bounded across your team's areas
- Champion consistent adoption of the product delivery lifecycle across the areas your team serves, and carry proposed changes through to genuine adoption
- Enable risk review, controls, and compliance sign-off across your area, so governance needs are met through prepared evidence and sequenced gates rather than from product manager time; manage the working relationship with reviewers
- Own the data and reporting contract with the programme management office across your area, so governance needs are met from systems rather than from product manager time
- Partner on conscious scope decisions in zero-to-one launches; agree what ships with known workarounds and be accountable for the operational side proving sustainable
- Lead stabilisation efforts when genuinely necessary, measured on speed of closure and root cause surfaced
- Arbitrate when your team's areas compete for capacity or conflict on approach

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
