This is a high-impact opportunity to help shape how The AA uses AI to create meaningful value across our commercial and customer-focused activity.
As part of our AI Centre of Excellence, you’ll lead the discovery, prioritisation, and delivery of AI opportunities across areas such as pricing, acquisition, marketing, and customer engagement. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and specialist teams to turn business challenges into practical AI use cases with clear outcomes and measurable value.
This is a visible, hands-on product role where you’ll take ideas from early discovery through to implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement. You’ll bring strong product thinking, practical AI delivery experience, and the confidence to influence across teams, helping The AA build AI solutions that are useful, scalable, and aligned to commercial priorities.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior stakeholders across commercial and customer-focused functions to identify, shape, and prioritise AI opportunities that support growth and customer value
- Lead discovery activity to understand user problems, define opportunities, and develop AI use cases with clear, measurable outcomes
- Own and manage a prioritised AI portfolio and roadmap, balancing impact, feasibility, speed to value, and risk
- Translate opportunities into actionable delivery plans, helping specialist teams move AI solutions from concept through to production, adoption, and ongoing improvement
- Support the delivery of lightweight AI and automation solutions using configurable and low-code tools where appropriate
- Drive adoption and value realisation through stakeholder engagement, training, measurement, and continuous improvement
- Use data, product metrics, and feedback to inform prioritisation, measure impact, and guide ongoing iteration
What Do I Need?
You’ll Bring
- Strong Product Ownership or Product Management experience, with the ability to work hands-on across discovery, prioritisation, delivery, and post-launch improvement
- Practical experience playing a significant role in taking at least one AI or Generative AI product, including an LLM-based solution, from discovery through to production in an enterprise environment
- A good practical understanding of AI and Generative AI gained through delivery experience, with the ability to translate business problems into appropriate AI opportunities
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the confidence to influence senior leaders and turn complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity, coordinating across multiple teams, and maintaining momentum from discovery through to delivery and adoption
- A strong analytical and outcome-focused approach, using data, product metrics, and user feedback to support decisions and continuous improvement
