Position Type: Permanent

Grade: 4
At Currys we’re united by one passion: to help everyone enjoy amazing technology. As the UK’s best-known retailer of tech, we’re proud of the service our customers receive – and it’s all down to our team of 25,000 caring and committed colleagues. Working as one team, we learn and grow together, celebrating the big and small moments that make every day amazing.
We are on a mission to create the best Connected Customer experience there is, and we need strong Senior Product Owners to help us. In this role you'll lead and shape the personalisation product strategy and roadmap across our digital and connected customer experiences, using customer insight, behavioural data and experimentation to create more relevant journeys that drive conversion, engagement and long-term customer value. Sitting within our Customer domain, bringing personalisation together with loyalty, account and engagement, and monetisation under one vision: every customer known, every visit earned, every connection worth more. Personalisation is where you will start, and as our customer data and audience capabilities mature, there is real scope to broaden into loyalty and monetisation.
This is a hands-on product role with end-to-end accountability for the personalisation roadmap, backlog, delivery and commercial outcomes. Working with teams across Data Science, CRM, UX, Engineering, Marketing and Online, you will turn customer and business needs into scalable personalisation capabilities. You'll bring an omnichannel mindset, connecting experiences across the wider customer journey rather than focusing on digital channels in isolation. You will balance immediate opportunities with longer-term strategic investment, ensuring that personalisation delivers genuine value for customers and measurable growth for Currys.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
