About You
Are you a highly motivated Senior Product Owner with experience operating in Agile delivery environments? Are you confident shaping product goals, setting strategic direction, and translating vision into delivery through close collaboration with customers and senior stakeholders? Do you naturally adopt the customer perspective, using insight and evidence to identify pain points and uncover meaningful opportunities? Have you led product development across multiple products or multiple delivery teams? Do you have experience supporting, mentoring, and coaching other Product Owners, helping to raise product capability and consistency? If so, you could be just what we are looking for…
The Role
Your success as a Senior Product Owner will come from a deep understanding of customer needs, organisational strategy, and the priorities of key stakeholders. You will act as a strategic conduit between customers, the business, and delivery teams, translating vision and objectives into clear, prioritised outcomes.
We are committed to Agile delivery approaches (including Scrum and Lean) to enable rapid, continuous delivery of value. As a Senior Product Owner, you will bring leadership and maturity to how these practices are applied, ensuring teams remain focused on outcomes rather than outputs.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
