Job purpose
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Senior Product & Pricing Manager will drive local product performance across the UK market through the development and execution of product, pricing, and go-to-market strategies. The role is responsible for translating market insights into commercial actions that maximise volume, revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction, while ensuring alignment with European and global product strategies.
Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, After Sales, Finance, and HQ stakeholders, the role will support product launches, lifecycle management, pricing strategy, market intelligence, and product training, helping to position Zeekr competitively within the evolving UK electric vehicle market.

Main responsibilities
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies by working closely with Sales, Marketing, After Sales and Finance teams to deliver product programmes that achieve volume, profitability and commercial objectives.
- Lead product lifecycle management by monitoring product performance, customer feedback and market trends, identifying opportunities to optimise the product offering throughout its lifecycle.
- Own pricing and commercial performance by analysing competitor activity, developing pricing and incentive strategies, and producing commercial reporting to support business decision-making.
- Drive successful go-to-market activities by coordinating cross-functional readiness, supporting new product launches, and ensuring consistent product communications across the business.
- Act as the UK product expert by providing product training, supporting retail partners and serving as the primary point of contact for product-related enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Support connectivity and customer experience initiatives by ensuring connected products and services meet UK market requirements while communicating their value proposition across the business.
- Provide strategic market intelligence by monitoring competitor activity, regulatory changes, market developments and customer trends, delivering actionable insights that support product and commercial strategy.

Education, Skills and Personal characteristics required
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, International Business, or a related discipline field.
- 5-8 years' experience within product management, product marketing, pricing, commercial strategy or a related role within the automotive sector.
- Strong understanding of OEM, importer, retailer and dealer business models.
- Proven experience delivering product launches, lifecycle management and commercial performance initiatives.
- Deep understanding of the UK automotive market, competitive landscape and customer trends.
- Experience working within a data-driven commercial environment and translating insights into strategic actions.
