Job Purpose

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Senior Product & Pricing Manager will drive local product performance across the UK market through the development and execution of product, pricing, and go-to-market strategies. The role is responsible for translating market insights into commercial actions that maximise volume, revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction, while ensuring alignment with European and global product strategies.

Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, After Sales, Finance, and HQ stakeholders, the role will support product launches, lifecycle management, pricing strategy, market intelligence, and product training, helping to position Zeekr competitively within the evolving UK electric vehicle market.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies by working closely with Sales, Marketing, After Sales and Finance teams to deliver product programmes that achieve volume, profitability and commercial objectives.
  • Lead product lifecycle management by monitoring product performance, customer feedback and market trends, identifying opportunities to optimise the product offering throughout its lifecycle.
  • Own pricing and commercial performance by analysing competitor activity, developing pricing and incentive strategies, and producing commercial reporting to support business decision-making.
  • Drive successful go-to-market activities by coordinating cross-functional readiness, supporting new product launches, and ensuring consistent product communications across the business.
  • Act as the UK product expert by providing product training, supporting retail partners and serving as the primary point of contact for product-related enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support connectivity and customer experience initiatives by ensuring connected products and services meet UK market requirements while communicating their value proposition across the business.
  • Provide strategic market intelligence by monitoring competitor activity, regulatory changes, market developments and customer trends, delivering actionable insights that support product and commercial strategy.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
