Senior Product & Proposition SME (Contract)(inside IR35)

We're seeking an experienced Senior Product & Proposition SME to help design and launch a new wealth proposition within a leading UK financial services organisation.

This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in defining the client experience, service model, pricing approach and operational framework for a high-touch wealth offering aimed at High Net Worth clients.

What you'll be doing:

  • Designing wealth and private client propositions from concept to launch
  • Defining end-to-end client journeys and service experiences
  • Developing proposition playbooks, requirements and operating models
  • Supporting pricing and commercial model design
  • Working with senior stakeholders across operations, governance and platform teams
  • Translating client needs into practical, deliverable business requirements
  • Identifying gaps, risks and areas requiring strategic decisions

  • Strong Wealth Management, Private Banking or Investment Management experience
  • Proven background in proposition, product or client proposition design
  • Experience creating client journeys, service models and proposition artefacts
  • Understanding of HNW/UHNW client expectations
  • Commercial awareness and market knowledge
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
