About the Role
Aristocrat Interactive is at the forefront of platform innovation, leading the delivery of world-class data solutions in the regulated iGaming market. We are dedicated to crafting a suite of data-driven products that help operators gain actionable insights, engage players more effectively, and reach outstanding commercial success. As a Senior Product Solutions Manager: Data & Insights, you will play a key role in evolving our data and insights platform. You will drive strategic impact and encourage innovation in a fast-paced, ambitious industry.
What You'll Do
- Direct the strategy and manage the backlog for the data and insights platform, ensuring flawless execution.
- Optimize data integrations and speed to market for new insights and analytics features.
- Improve the platform to support efficient operational processes and core data functionalities.
- Translate strategic objectives and market insights into clear product outcomes and actionable requirements.
- Lead complex initiatives from concept definition through prioritization, delivery, launch, and post-release optimization.
- Serve as the primary product specialist for data and insights, understanding market trends and operator needs.
- Own strategic product artifacts, ensuring clarity and alignment across collaborators.
- Drive prioritization decisions based on business impact, player experience, and strategic fit.
- Collaborate closely with SLT of data engineering, analytics teams, and other collaborators to build out prioritization and backlogs.
- Analyze product results through data and insights to continuously improve the platform.
- Champion experimentation and product development based on tested ideas.
- Identify strategic opportunities for data-driven product innovation.

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of proven Product Management experience in complex digital, SaaS, platform, or customer-facing product areas.
- Solid background in data systems, data governance, and data-driven product optimizations.
- Established track record in improving data integrations, generating insights, and streamlining operational procedures.
- Understanding of data products' influence on player behavior and retention outcomes.
- Experience supporting data-driven decision-making and analytics.
- Potential B2C experience improving data functionalities.
- Track record of independently leading complex initiatives and delivering measurable business impact.
- Strategic problem solver with strong execution skills.
- Excellent analytical skills, combining operator feedback, behavioral data, and market insight.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Strong influencing skills and confidence engaging with senior collaborators.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and modern product management practices.
- Highly accountable, commercially astute, customer-centric product leader.
- English - native or equivalent professional proficiency.
