Senior Product Specialist
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Product Specialist to play a leading role in one of the most significant digital transformation programmes across health and care in Wales. This exciting opportunity will support the transition from an existing Mental Health and Community Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system to a replacement system.
Key Responsibilities
- Specialist Product Leadership: Provide leadership throughout the design, implementation, deployment, and ongoing optimisation of the new platform.
- Collaboration: Work closely with clinicians, operational teams, digital specialists, and national stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships to ensure successful delivery of solutions that improve patient care and user experience.
Role Details
This post is fixed term until 31/03/2028 due to funding.

You will work with the programme team on the implementation and ongoing development of a new Mental Health and Community Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system, supporting one of the largest digital transformation programmes in Welsh healthcare. The role involves working closely with clinical, operational, and digital teams to deliver system improvements, manage stakeholder relationships, provide expert product leadership, and ensure successful adoption of new technologies.
