Senior Product Specialist
The Senior Product Specialist will drive the evolution and standardization of Oracle EBS Service solutions (Service Requests, Service Contracts, Install Base, and Mobile Field Service) by delivering enhancements, supporting complex business requirements, and promoting global process convergence.
This role will be based in our Southampton, UK office - 5 days per week.
Core Responsibilities
Product Enhancement & Evolution
- Design and deliver Oracle EBS Service enhancements and process improvements.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and standardized solutions.
- Support Product Owners in defining priorities, scope, and roadmap initiatives.
- Ensure solutions align with global ERP standards and business objectives.
Standardization & Convergence
- Harmonize regional service processes into global Oracle EBS templates.
- Identify opportunities to reduce customizations and process variations.
- Promote adoption of standardized solutions across regions.
Expert Functional Support
- Provide expert support for complex or recurring issues.
- Perform root-cause analysis and recommend sustainable solutions.
- Support critical escalations and collaborate with ERP Support teams.
- Convert recurring operational issues into enhancement opportunities.
Knowledge & Governance
- Create and maintain functional documentation and best practices.
- Share knowledge with support teams and junior specialists.
- Contribute to governance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
Experience
- 5–8 years of Oracle EBS functional experience.
- Strong experience with Oracle Service modules, including Service Requests, Service Contracts, Install Base, and Mobile Field Service.
- Experience supporting ERP enhancements, process improvements, and business transformation initiatives in global or multi-regional environments.
Skills
- Deep functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Service processes and configuration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
- Effective communication, stakeholder management, and knowledge-sharing skills.
