About the Role
You’ll lead technical compliance and quality assurance throughout the product development lifecycle, working closely with designers, product developers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure our products meet the requirements of global markets.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Product Compliance: Manage product testing, technical documentation and regulatory compliance across multiple product categories and international markets.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure products meet the required standards for safety, performance and longevity, resolving non-compliances and quality issues.
- Technical Documentation: Maintain product technical files, specifications, declarations of conformity, instructions and compliance records.
- Supplier Management: Build strong supplier relationships, oversee quality processes and audits, and drive corrective actions where needed.
- Sustainability & Materials: Support initiatives relating to chemical management, responsible sourcing, material compliance and packaging regulations.
- Technical Support & Training: Provide technical guidance to internal teams, deliver training and support product launches and ongoing production.

The Story of You
We’re looking for an experienced, proactive and detail-oriented technologist who can combine strong technical knowledge with a practical, solutions-focused approach. Ideally, you will have:
- Proven experience in technical compliance and quality assurance within the Lighting category is essential.
- Similar experience within furniture and accessories would be a plus but not essential.
- A strong understanding of product safety, testing and international compliance requirements.
- Experience working with suppliers, testing laboratories and external compliance partners.
- Excellent organisational, project management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities.
