The Role
As Senior Product Telecoms Manager, you will own and shape Clear Business’s telecoms product portfolio, from strategy and roadmap through to launch, adoption and commercial performance. Working with internal teams and external partners, you will improve how SME customers discover, buy, onboard and use our telecoms and security products. This is a commercially focused product leadership role where your decisions will influence customer retention, revenue growth, supplier performance and the future direction of the portfolio.
What We Want You To Do
- Own and evolve the telecoms product roadmap and portfolio, identifying opportunities for growth, new products, and revenue generation.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from supplier selection and proposition development through to launch, adoption, and ongoing optimisation.
- Lead initiatives that improve customer onboarding, customer journeys, product adoption, and retention.
- Use customer and performance insights to identify opportunities for improvement, reducing product-related churn and enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Drive the development and growth of security products, creating propositions that meet SME customer needs and market demand.
- Negotiate supplier agreements and manage strategic supplier relationships to achieve strong commercial and customer outcomes.
- Lead go-to-market activities and product launches, ensuring products are market-ready and successfully adopted by customers.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to deliver customer communications, sales enablement activities, and product support materials.
What Success In The Role Looks Like
- Improving customer retention and satisfaction through stronger product adoption, smoother onboarding and go-live experiences, and clearer evidence that customers are getting value from the products.
- Revenue, profitability and supplier commercial performance improve because the portfolio is priced, positioned and managed in a way that supports business targets and customer value.
- Security products are launched successfully, adopted by SME customers and show sustainable growth in line with customer need and commercial expectations.
- Product roadmap objectives are achieved through the successful delivery of new propositions, product improvements and lifecycle activity that strengthen customer outcomes and portfolio performance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
