Senior Product (UI) Designer

Location: Remote (UK)
Contract: 3-6 months

We're looking for Senior Product Designers to join a fast-paced product team, with opportunities to work across one of two Government projects.

Essential experience:

  • 7+ years' experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or Visual Design.
  • Strong enterprise/B2B product design experience, ideally delivering complex platforms.
  • Proficiency with Figma, FigJam, prototyping, and design systems.
  • Experience using AI design tools (e.g. Claude).
  • Strong understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design.
  • Excellent visual design skills with a strong portfolio.
  • Confident collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
  • Curious, adaptable, and comfortable exploring new ideas and ways of working.

  • Experience in public sector, SaaS, healthcare, education, or other regulated environments.
  • Experience working alongside user researchers and using research insights to inform design.
  • Familiarity with developer handover and design documentation.
  • Background in Elections or Government Management is advantageous.
