Senior Product (UI) Designer
Location: Remote (UK)
Contract: 3-6 months
We're looking for Senior Product Designers to join a fast-paced product team, with opportunities to work across one of two Government projects.
Essential experience:
- 7+ years' experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or Visual Design.
- Strong enterprise/B2B product design experience, ideally delivering complex platforms.
- Proficiency with Figma, FigJam, prototyping, and design systems.
- Experience using AI design tools (e.g. Claude).
- Strong understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design.
- Excellent visual design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Confident collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
- Curious, adaptable, and comfortable exploring new ideas and ways of working.

- Experience in public sector, SaaS, healthcare, education, or other regulated environments.
- Experience working alongside user researchers and using research insights to inform design.
- Familiarity with developer handover and design documentation.
- Background in Elections or Government Management is advantageous.
