Senior Production AIT Planner

Oxfordshire (5 Days Onsite)
Up to 80k (DOE)
Permanent role

Join a leading engineering and technology organisation delivering complex, high-value programmes in a highly regulated environment.

We're looking for a Senior Production AIT Planner to coordinate production schedules and support the successful delivery of Assembly, Integration & Testing (AIT) activities.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and maintain production schedules across AIT programmes.
  • Coordinate activities across engineering, quality, procurement, and operations teams.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and support delivery against programme milestones.
  • Manage planning data and reporting using ERP/MES systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support issue resolution.

What we're looking for:

  • Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in production planning, manufacturing, or AIT within a complex engineering environment.
  • Strong scheduling, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with ERP/MES systems and production planning tools.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience desirable.
