In the Manufacturing team at JLR’s Electric Propulsion Manufacturing Centre (EPMC), you’ll help power iconic electric cars. As a Senior Production Leader, you'll play a key role in launching, developing and optimising production operations within our Electric Propulsion Manufacturing Centre. This is an opportunity to push boundaries, embrace change and make a visible impact while continuously growing and developing your leadership capability alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry.

Here's what to expect:
- Leading, coaching and developing Process Leaders, Team Leaders and associates to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, people and environmental objectives
- Owning daily, weekly and monthly operational performance reporting, providing clear insights and driving actions that deliver results
- Coordinating production activities and resources to ensure operational priorities, customer requirements and production schedules are achieved
- Championing continuous improvement activities, identifying constraints and implementing sustainable solutions that enhance performance.
- Ensuring compliance with manufacturing, quality and safety operating systems while promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration and excellence
What You’ll Need
Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, there are several skills that you'll need to help you succeed here, including:
- Demonstrating leadership experience within high-volume or complex manufacturing environments
- Applying a strong understanding of production operations, safety systems and operational performance management
- Using excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills to deliver effective outcomes
- Developing teams through coaching, mentoring, workforce planning and performance leadership
- Bringing knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as PDCA, CCAR or similar approaches
