Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Working closely with the Senior Production Director and wider leadership team, you will help shape how our festivals and live events are delivered as the company continues to grow.

For the right candidate, this role offers a pathway to developing into a Head of Production role, taking on increasing responsibility for team leadership, operational strategy, and the future development of We Group’s portfolio.

Depending on project scale and team capacity, you will act as Senior Production Manager or Production Manager on key festivals and live events, overseeing projects from early planning and site design through to build, live event delivery, and de-rig.

We welcome applications from experienced Production Managers looking to transition into a senior in-house role while continuing to lead complex festival projects.

The role is based in Hoxton, London, with a requirement to work away from home for extended periods during festival season. Due to the nature of the role and frequent in-person collaboration with the production team and suppliers, applicants must be based in London or within a commutable distance of our Hoxton office.
