Role: Senior Production Manager
Location: Central London, UK
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000
About the Role
They're looking for a Senior Production Manager to help deliver ambitious live events and experiences, including conferences, summits, exhibitions, experiential activations and broadcasts.
You’ll lead production across medium to large-scale projects, working closely with creative and project teams to turn ideas into safe, practical and memorable experiences.
What you’ll bring
- Experience managing production for projects up to £1m.
- Strong supplier and supply-chain management skills.
- Technical production experience, including rigging, power and networking.
- Experience in a creative event, experiential or production agency.
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Google Workspace experience.
- Vectorworks/AutoCAD and IOSH Managing Safely are desirable.

What you’ll do
- Advise creative teams on practical production solutions.
- Build accurate budgets and manage suppliers.
- Coordinate multiple suppliers and onsite production.
- Ensure builds, documentation and timelines meet safety and quality standards.
- Resolve onsite challenges and supplier queries.
- Support and mentor junior team members.
Availability
Available from September 2026, with approximately 40 onsite days across January, February and March.
