Role: Senior Production Manager

Location: Central London, UK

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000

About the Role

They're looking for a Senior Production Manager to help deliver ambitious live events and experiences, including conferences, summits, exhibitions, experiential activations and broadcasts.

You’ll lead production across medium to large-scale projects, working closely with creative and project teams to turn ideas into safe, practical and memorable experiences.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience managing production for projects up to £1m.
  • Strong supplier and supply-chain management skills.
  • Technical production experience, including rigging, power and networking.
  • Experience in a creative event, experiential or production agency.
  • Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
  • Google Workspace experience.
  • Vectorworks/AutoCAD and IOSH Managing Safely are desirable.

What you’ll do

  • Advise creative teams on practical production solutions.
  • Build accurate budgets and manage suppliers.
  • Coordinate multiple suppliers and onsite production.
  • Ensure builds, documentation and timelines meet safety and quality standards.
  • Resolve onsite challenges and supplier queries.
  • Support and mentor junior team members.

Availability

Available from September 2026, with approximately 40 onsite days across January, February and March.
