Senior Production Manager

Location: Central London
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 DOE
Job Ref: 40635

About

Founded in London in 2006, my client creates bold, immersive experiences that transform spaces and captivate audiences. Their multidisciplinary team blends design, architecture, engineering, and technical innovation to deliver standout projects for global luxury brands, cultural organisations, retail destinations, and private clients.

The Role

They are looking for an experienced Senior Production Manager to lead the technical delivery of ambitious experiential, installation, and live projects.

You’ll work closely with creative and project teams from concept through to installation, turning big ideas into practical, high-quality realities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, managing complex builds, and leading teams and suppliers with confidence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
