Role: Senior Production Manager- Chilled
As Senior Production Manager- Chilled, you will play a key role in the performance of chilled production, helping to ensure standards are maintained across output, quality, and food safety. The role offers the chance to contribute to a fast-paced production environment where strong leadership, sound operational judgement, and a commitment to high standards are essential.

Responsibilities
- Lead chilled production operations to meet output, quality, and safety targets.
- Support retailer audits within a food production environment.
Requirements
- Educated to a high level; a degree or HND/HNC/SVQ qualification is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in food production, including experience in a similar production management role and managerial experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using manufacturing systems, including M3 Info MRP.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRCGS, chilled-food compliance, and retailer audits in food production.
- Able to spend long periods on your feet, walk the production floor regularly, and work in chilled environments.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Completed IOSH Managing Safely training is advantageous.
