Senior Operative
Are you practical, adaptable, and keen to work in a modern, innovative environment? We are looking for a motivated Senior Operative to join our small, friendly team at our new, state-of-the-art glasshouse facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate harvesting and weighing systems
- Operate sowing machines and media cutter line
- Use computer systems for harvesting and sowing traceability (full training provided)
- Maintain and clean machinery (refresher training provided)
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety standards

Working Hours
- Monday–Friday: 6:00am – 4:00pm
- Saturday: 6:00am – 11:00am
- Flexibility required based on business need
