Who You Will Work With
- You will report directly to the UK Sales Director and work closely with the UK team and key stakeholders across the business.
- You will also collaborate with the broader Global Growth Team and engage with Global partners on selected topics to support your accounts.
- The role is based in London, with occasional travel to meet our retail partners and attend seasonal Go-to-Market meetings in Boston and across Europe.

You will play an important role in driving operational excellence and supporting the strategic direction of the business.

Essential Qualifications:
- Passion for the Converse brand and culture
- Extensive account management experience, ideally within the fashion, sports or retail industry, across commercial, buying and/or merchandising
- Sales experience with a strong awareness of selling dynamics
- Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of financial processes and forecasting
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate in a matrix-oriented environment across various business functions
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Process and operational capability
What You Will Work On
You will support the day-to-day management of our business as we continue to grow the Converse business in alignment with our integrated marketplace strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Create: Define relevant partner assortments, Go-to-Market plans, opportunities and forecasts to execute against the account plan and seasonal priorities.
- Ownership: Own the execution of the seasonal sales and Go-to-Market processes and milestones, within budget and against set timelines.
- Partnership: Establish and maintain internal and external relationships with key stakeholders to provide best-in-class customer service at all levels of the customer’s business.
- Develop Yourself: Build your commercial, analytical and partnership skills to grow your career at Converse.
- Collaborate: Work closely with Marketplace Supply Chain, Business Planning, Go-to-Market, Merchandising, Retail Marketing, Finance and Commercial teams to support account needs.
- Plan, Implement, Review & Optimise: Contribute to seasonal planning, performance reviews and continuous improvement to best connect with the Converse consumer.
- Support the Future: Help translate the Global Growth Strategy into actionable plans for your account.
- Team Player: Be an active member of the team, sharing insights and supporting collective goals.
