Join a fast-growing American cybersecurity scale-up redefining how organisations validate and strengthen their security posture. We're looking for a customer-focused Professional Services Engineer to help enterprise clients get maximum value from a cutting-edge AI Security Validation Platform.

The Role:

  • Lead technical implementation and onboarding for enterprise customers across the UK.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success and Sales Engineering to ensure smooth deployments.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to CISOs, Security Leaders, and IT teams post-sale.
  • Troubleshoot, configure, and optimise the platform to fit each client's security environment.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What You Bring:

  • Experience in a Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, or technical implementation role, ideally within cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.
  • Strong hands-on technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and configure complex platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust with senior security stakeholders.
  • A genuine interest in cybersecurity and AI-driven security tooling.
  • Comfort working directly with enterprise or mid-market clients in a client-facing capacity.
