Role Overview
An opportunity has arisen for a motivated Senior Surveyor to join our Valuation & Risk Advisory team. Based in Nottingham, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality valuation advice with a specialist focus on the thriving Industrial & Logistics sector. While based in Nottingham, you will operate as an integral part of our broader Midlands team, collaborating on regional and National mandates, sharing market intelligence, and driving business growth across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage valuation instructions for industrial and logistics assets across Nottingham and the wider Midlands region.
- Prepare formal valuation reports for a variety of purposes, including loan security, financial reporting, and strategic acquisition advisory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including major financial institutions, funds, developers, and private investors.
- Collaborate closely with the wider regional Midlands team and the National team to share market insights and maximize business development opportunities.
- Analyse market trends, transaction data, and yield profiles to provide accurate, forward-looking risk advisory.
- Mentor and support junior team members and APC candidates in their professional development.

Requirements
- MRICS qualified and a RICS Registered Valuer.
- Proven experience in commercial property valuation, with a track record or strong interest in the Industrial & Logistics sector.
- Good knowledge of the Midlands commercial property market, particularly, the East Midlands.
- Strong analytical, report writing, and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Full UK driving license and the willingness to travel across the region for property inspections.
