Senior Programmatic Executive

London | Hybrid Working

We're partnering with a fast-growing digital media business looking to hire a Senior Programmatic Executive to join its expanding delivery team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a programmatic specialist with at least 2 years of hands-on DSP experience who is ready to take greater ownership of campaigns, contribute to strategy, and play an active role in developing best-in-class programmatic delivery.

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing end-to-end programmatic activity across a portfolio of advertisers, overseeing campaign activation, optimisation, reporting, and performance analysis.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll help shape campaign strategy, identify new testing opportunities, and deliver actionable insights that drive results.

This role offers significant exposure to client-facing work while also providing opportunities to mentor junior team members and contribute to wider business initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
