About the Role
Are you an experienced MSP/RPO professional who enjoys partnering with clients, influencing hiring decisions, and driving workforce solutions? Join Pontoon as a Senior Program Consultant, where you'll act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, managing the contingent workforce lifecycle across multiple geographies and business functions.
Hybrid working (Warwick office 1-2 days per week).
What You'll Do
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies
- Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and consultative guidance on contingent hiring
- Manage requisitions through VMS platforms while ensuring program compliance and service excellence
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and supplier partners
- Drive supplier performance, resolve escalations, and continuously improve program outcomes
- Support workforce engagement activities, including onboarding, compliance, and offboarding
- Mentor team members and contribute to process improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years' experience in staffing, MSP, RPO, workforce solutions, or talent acquisition
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting skills
- Experience with contingent workforce programs and VMS platforms such as Beeline or SAP Fieldglass
- Ability to analyse market trends, influence hiring decisions, and manage multiple priorities
- Fluent English and strong communication skills
