Senior Programme Manager | Enterprise SaaS | Financial Services & RegTech | Remote/Hybrid

Are you an experienced Programme Manager who enjoys leading complex enterprise software implementations and working with senior stakeholders?

This is an opportunity to join a high-growth technology business operating at the intersection of SaaS, regulatory intelligence, risk and compliance.

You'll own a portfolio of strategic client programmes, managing multiple concurrent implementations from discovery and planning through to deployment, adoption and long-term value realisation. Working closely with executive stakeholders, product teams and delivery functions, you'll play a key role in ensuring customers successfully transform their regulatory and compliance operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise SaaS programmes across multiple clients and workstreams
  • Manage programme scope, governance, budgets, timelines, resources and risks
  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders and programme sponsors
  • Build and manage integrated programme plans, ensuring alignment across projects and delivery teams
  • Drive platform adoption, business outcomes and client satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle
  • Facilitate steering committees, governance forums and executive-level reporting
  • Identify and mitigate programme risks, issues and dependencies
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success and business stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes
  • Manage programme financials and resource allocation across multiple initiatives
  • Run workshops, gather business requirements and provide strategic programme guidance
  • Build long-term client relationships that support retention and growth

Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years' experience in Programme Management, Enterprise Delivery or Project Management
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale SaaS or enterprise software implementations
  • Strong background working with banking, financial services, fintech, compliance, risk or regulatory technology clients
  • Experience managing multiple programmes, projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including executive and C-suite engagement
  • Strong governance, budget management, resource planning and risk management experience
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex enterprise environments
  • Strong communication, presentation and workshop facilitation skills
  • PMP or PgMP certification required
  • Able to operate independently in fast-paced, customer-facing environments
