The Opportunity

Come and join our team! Early Careers is a high-priority and significant part of Adobe's talent strategy. We're focused on hiring intern, graduate, and working student candidates across Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) to work side by side with the tech industry's biggest problem solvers empowering everyone to create. As a Senior Program Manager, you'll independently lead cross-functional programmes for EMEA Early Career Talent, build strategic partnerships, and mentor others across the team.

What you'll do

  • Build the strategy to develop emerging talent and deliver an outstanding program experience
  • Own EMEA's Early Careers program end-to-end — execution, measurement, continuous improvement, not just delivery
  • Lead complex programmes and projects independently, using change management skills and influence colleagues and external partners to drive outcomes
  • Own programme budgets setting the annual plan and tracking spend against this
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships across Adobe, to collaboratively work towards making Adobe the career destination for entry-level talent
  • Serve as the program escalation point, resolving issues and keeping delivery on track
  • Lead process management and improvement efforts, mentoring others on delivering larger and more complex initiatives
  • Lead the regional flagship events e.g.: intern summit
  • Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement through design-thinking, tackling complex challenges within programme operations
  • Identify and complete priorities that align with organisational goals, mentoring others in effective prioritisation techniques
  • Define what success looks like for the programme and build the tools to measure it. Work with large datasets to develop data-driven strategy, build clear visualisations and dashboards, and guide others in developing their data skills

What you need to succeed

  • Experience in Senior Project/ Program Management for early careers talent or Educational Design/Development, with a track record of independently leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and negotiating across internal and external teams with minimal direction
  • Deep knowledge of the entry-level talent sector, and experience managing high-volume events and activities
  • Experience owning programme budgets, planning, and tracking spend against goals
  • Proven success in building strategic partnerships with senior collaborators. Skilled at resolving business issues and acting as the main contact for cross-functional teams handling customer concerns under pressure
  • Experience mentoring or coaching others on project delivery, prioritisation, or data practices, and driving process improvement and innovation through design thinking
  • Experience delivering soft-skills training or workshops, and leading large-scale engagement events is highly desirable
  • Experience defining success metrics or measurement frameworks for programmes, not just analysing data after the fact
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Capable of guiding a project and reporting progress to partners at all levels, including senior leadership. Skilled in crafting and presenting information to senior audiences
  • Attention to detail with the ability to plan and complete multiple complex projects simultaneously. Builds positive relationships as a great teammate who is open to giving and receiving feedback
  • Comfortable operating in a matrix organisation that’s always evolving
  • Advanced Excel or data visualisation skills are a plus

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
