This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Enterprise Technology & AI based in United Kingdom.
As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead complex, cross-functional technology and AI initiatives that support enterprise-wide transformation and operational excellence. You will translate strategic priorities into structured roadmaps, measurable outcomes, and coordinated execution plans. Working across technology, finance, legal, product, sales, and business operations, you will bring clarity to complex programs and align stakeholders around shared objectives. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on program execution, requiring strong judgment and the ability to navigate ambiguity. You will help strengthen governance, identify risks, resolve dependencies, and maintain momentum across distributed teams. This is a highly visible opportunity to influence how enterprise technology and AI capabilities are planned, delivered, and continuously improved.
Accountabilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of complex Enterprise Technology and AI programs, including defining scope, developing roadmaps, planning resources, and tracking delivery.
- Establish clear success metrics, maintain regular reporting cadences, communicate progress and risks to senior leadership, and recommend effective paths forward when challenges arise.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand underlying problems, desired outcomes, priorities, and solution trade-offs.
- Drive alignment across distributed, cross-functional teams by facilitating decisions, resolving dependencies, and maintaining execution momentum.
- Improve program governance frameworks, intake processes, operating models, and ways of working across the technology organization.
- Translate complex technical and business requirements into structured, actionable work plans that are accessible to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify risks and interdependencies across the broader program portfolio and proactively mitigate blockers before they affect delivery.
- Operate effectively in a remote, async-first environment while promoting strong documentation, transparency, accountability, and collaboration.
- Serve as a trusted program execution partner to technology leadership and contribute to strategic initiatives spanning enterprise systems, data, AI, security, infrastructure, and architecture.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
