Senior Programme Manager - Location: Remote
We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Programme Manager to join a leading organisation within the insurance and financial services sector.
This is a senior role requiring a proven track record of managing complex programmes within a regulated environment, with particular experience across internal audit, governance, risk and controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex programmes from initiation through to successful delivery.
- Manage programme governance, risks, issues, dependencies and reporting.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and executive-level audiences.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams and drive delivery across teams.
- Support initiatives relating to internal audit, governance, risk and controls.
- Provide clear programme updates and ensure key milestones are achieved.

About You
- Proven experience as a Senior Programme Manager within insurance and/or financial services.
- Strong understanding of internal audit and governance frameworks.
- Experience delivering complex, business-critical programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable operating within a regulated financial services environment.
- Strong leadership, organisation and problem-solving abilities.
