AarkTech Solutions GmbH

AarkTech Solutions GmbH specializes in Software Development and Consulting Services across the industries. Our strategic vision is to position ourselves as a trusted partner in the Swiss market by providing innovative, high-quality IT solutions.

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Management Consultant / Program & Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a multi-domain client separation/carve-out program — from Planning and solution design, through technical build, to full deployment, and TSA Exit against a fixed, non-negotiable Go-Live date.

This is a senior, hands-on delivery role. The successful candidates will own the execution plan across six-seven interdependent functional domains, actively stress-test the assumptions, resourcing, and dependencies underpinning the plan, and drive corrective action early enough to protect the Go-Live commitment. This is not a passive tracking role — the PM is expected to challenge workstream leads, vendors, and internal stakeholders whenever an assumption, estimate, or resource plan puts the timeline at risk.

Program Context

The engagement responds to a client Request for Proposal (RFP) covering a large-scale carve-out/separation. Following contract award, the PM will transition seamlessly from proposal design into program execution, ensuring continuity between what was proposed and what is delivered. The program spans six-seven functional domains, each with its own workstream lead, deliverables, and risk profile, requiring a PM who can orchestrate across domains rather than manage a single track in isolation. Successful candidates may or may not work within their domain so it is expected they remain flexible and can adapt/learn quickly. Preferred candidates will have cross-domain experience.

Functional Domains in Scope

  • General Carve-Out / Separation — Planning, Execution, Transitional Service Agreements (TSA), Financial Modelling
  • Infrastructure (M365 Tenant, Enduser Services, IAM, Datacenter / Hybrid Cloud, Connectivity, OM, Applications)
  • Corporate Functions (HR Workday, Peakcon, Dayforce, Phenom, HR Bundle incl. Assurance, IT, Procurement, Treasury, Regional Finance, QT, EHS, Real Estate, Legal & Compliance)
  • PLM/SCM (PLM Application Lifecycle Services, PLM Product Lifecycle Services, Supply Chain Services, Digital Transport Twin, Bundle IT DX owned)
  • SAP (P58, P41, Spiridon Systems, Master Data Governance, Regulatory, Accounting & Controlling, SCM, PWM, Tech Bundle, EDI)
  • Sales (DXQB, Webshop, CPQ, EDI Opentext, Bundle Communication & Marketing)
  • Data and AI (Snowflake & Databricks, Bundle Data & AI others)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Execution

  • Own the overall delivery plan from initial planning/design through technical design, build, testing, and deployment/go-live across all six functional domains.
  • Translate the committed scope and solution design into an executable, resourced, and sequenced program plan.
  • Manage the critical path rigorously against the fixed Go-Live date; treat the deadline as immovable and manage scope, resources, and risk around it — not the reverse.
  • Coordinate cross-domain dependencies (e.g., TSA exit conditions vs. IT cutover, financial close vs. systems separation) to prevent one domain's slippage from cascading into others.

Assumption & Resource Plan Challenge

  • Proactively interrogate the underlying assumptions behind each domain's plan (effort estimates, dependency sequencing, resource availability, vendor commitments, data readiness).
  • Run structured plan reviews and "red team" checkpoints with workstream leads to pressure-test feasibility before issues surface as delays.
  • Identify resourcing gaps or unrealistic estimates early and drive re-planning, re-sequencing, or escalation as needed to protect the timeline.
  • Push back constructively on stakeholders (including senior client and internal leadership) when plans are optimistic, under-resourced, or insufficiently risk-adjusted.

Risk Management & Governance

  • Establish and run a rigorous risk and issue management process across all workstreams: identification, quantification, mitigation ownership, and escalation.
  • Maintain a live risk register with clear triggers tied to the Go-Live date; escalate proactively rather than reactively.
  • Design and chair governance forums (steering committees, workstream syncs, exec updates) with crisp, decision-oriented reporting.
  • Anticipate second-order risks arising from the interaction between domains (e.g., TSA financial exposure vs. technical cutover delays).

Orchestration of Complex, Multi-Stakeholder Delivery

  • Orchestrate delivery across internal teams, client stakeholders, third-party vendors, and offshore/nearshore delivery centers.
  • Manage a RAID log and dependency map spanning all six domains, ensuring single-point accountability for each deliverable.
  • Act as the central integration point between technical design/build teams and business/functional stakeholders.

  • Lead and coordinate globally distributed teams and client stakeholders across multiple time zones, geographies, and cultural contexts.
  • Conduct all program communication, documentation, governance, and stakeholder management in fluent, professional English as a mandatory baseline; adapt communication style to diverse cultural and organizational norms.

Financial & Commercial Oversight

  • Track program financials, including TSA-related cost/charge-back modelling, budget-to-actual variance, and change-control cost impact.
  • Support commercial governance of the engagement, including scope-change assessment against the original RFP commitment.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 8–15+ years of experience in management consulting and/or operational leadership and large-scale program/project management, with a strong track record delivering carve-out, divestiture, merger integration, or complex separation and implementation programs.
  • Demonstrated experience managing the full lifecycle: ideation, planning, solution design → technical design → build → test → deployment/go-live, ideally including direct bid-to-delivery transition experience.
  • Proven delivery against fixed, non-negotiable deadlines, with a track record of proactively re-planning and re-resourcing to protect critical dates rather than slipping them.
  • Strong grounding in project/program methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid, PMI/PRINCE2 or equivalent), with the judgment to select and adapt the right approach per workstream.
  • Solid working knowledge of risk management frameworks and practical experience running risk/issue governance on complex, multi-workstream programs.
  • Experience orchestrating complex, multi-vendor, multi-stakeholder delivery environments, ideally spanning both business and technical/IT workstreams.
  • Experience in at least one, ideally several, of the six functional domains listed above (particularly TSA structuring, separation financial modelling, or technical/systems separation).
  • Global delivery experience: managing or working within cross-cultural, multi-geography teams.
  • Business-fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory — this role requires extensive daily communication, negotiation, and governance discussions in English with global stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/SAFe, MSP) are a plus but not a substitute for demonstrated delivery experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
