The Opportunity
We’re looking for a proactive Senior Programmatic Executive to take on responsibility for a range of campaigns across a portfolio of clients. You’ll be working alongside experts across all forms of Paid Media in a close knit team where knowledge sharing and communication is key. The role sits in the programmatic team and will therefore provide a great platform for those aspiring to further their career in programmatic. Due to the predominantly operational and analytical nature of the role, the job will also contain ad ops training and ad server tasks such as creative and cross-channel tracking.

- Build and activate campaigns across key platforms, optimising in real-time to achieve core brand and performance objectives.
- Quality assurance of operational implementation across ad server tracking and programmatic campaigns.
- Translate data into insights by crafting reports and commentary using our custom-built dashboards, helping clients understand the ‘why’ behind the results.
- Collaborate across channels to gain a deep understanding of the full digital ecosystem and how programmatic media fits into the broader customer journey.
- Work across a portfolio of brands and industries, each with unique challenges and ambitious goals—giving you variety, challenge, and room to grow.
- Be a go-to partner for internal teams, responding with speed, precision, and insight to ad hoc requests and opportunities.
What You Bring
- Minimum of 12 months experience in programmatic.
- DSP experience supporting campaign builds, pacing checks, and in-flight adjustments.
- Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Strong attention to detail essential for accuracy in campaign builds, quality assurance, and accurate reporting.
- A solution led approach with a passion for making compelling stories and actionable insights from data.
- A keen learner wanting to push themselves and keep up with the latest developments in programmatic and the industry landscape.
- A proactive approach in everything you do, from optimising campaigns, to providing new ideas and challenging the status quo of the agency.
