We have a SUPER exciting opportunity for a Senior Programmatic Lead to join a MarTech platform, specializing in acquisition and engagement content for iGaming operators!
In this role, you will be playing a key part in driving global expansion by developing and leading the operations and delivery teams to meet client's needs. You will be reporting directly to the CEO/COO.
The role can be based in London on a hybrid basis, or on a fully remote basis. offering a salary of up to £80K + bonus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Full ownership of the programmatic strategy, covering inventory sourcing, bidding, audience activation and optimisation
- Performance delivery across display, video, native, CTV and emerging channels
- Set and track KPIs including CPA, ROAS, FTD, LTV and overall media efficiency
- Ensure that commercial and client targets are met
- Act as the senior stakeholder for the proprietary DSP and DMP, guiding roadmap priorities with engineering and product teams
- Outline requirements for bidding logic, audience modelling, measurement, attribution and reporting
- Manage integrations with SSPs, data providers, verification tools and clean rooms
- Ensure platform scalability, stability and top-tier buying capability
- Take ownership of audience strategy across first, second and third-party data
- Take ownership of segmentation, modelling and lookalike strategy development
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, UK GDPR guidelines and emerging privacy rules
- Advocate for privacy-safe alternatives to cookies and identifiers
- Lead and coach programmatic traders and analysts
- Act as the go-to senior expert for commercial, client services and leadership teams
- Liaise with internal sales and account teams on enterprise and strategic accounts
- Represent the company in senior client meetings and partner negotiations
- Embed brand safety, fraud prevention and inventory quality controls platform-wide
- Keep abreast with regulatory, industry and platform developments affecting programmatic trading

Education, Skills and Experience
- 7+ years of experience in programmatic media with a few years as a team lead
- Hands-on experience in DSP trading, audience activation and in owning or influencing proprietary DSP and/or DMP
- Knowledgeable in RTB, SSPs, supply-path optimisation, and auction mechanics
- Strong data and analytics skills
- Previous experience in client facing roles
- Previous experience in SaaS adtech or building platforms for clients is a plus
- Comfortable working with APIs, data pipelines and platform architecture
- Commercial mindset with good strategic judgement
- Target driven with keen eye for detail
- Willingness to travel to industry conferences and events
