Senior Programmatic Manager

London | Hybrid – 3 days per week
£55,000–£60,000

I’m supporting a growing independent AdTech business looking to hire a Senior Programmatic Manager into its London team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong programmatic trading and AdOps expertise with a commercial mindset. You’ll take ownership of campaign delivery, improve how the operations team works and help develop more junior team members.

The role:

  • Own the setup, delivery and optimisation of programmatic campaigns across display, video, CTV, audio and native
  • Manage trafficking, tagging, tracking, audience strategy, pacing and campaign QA
  • Lead performance analysis and identify opportunities to improve both results and account revenue
  • Work across major DSPs, with strong DV360 experience particularly important
  • Troubleshoot campaign delivery, pixel and creative issues
  • Build clear client reporting and present actionable performance insights
  • Improve operational processes, workflows and automation
  • Support and develop a small team of programmatic specialists

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

This would suit a technically strong programmatic operator who still enjoys being close to campaign delivery but wants broader ownership across people, performance and operational strategy.
