Job Description

Your Role: Senior Programmatic Manager, Customer Success

A senior commercial role focused on driving programmatic revenue growth across Global’s Outdoor & Audio portfolios through DAX, owning agency strategy and relationships, developing new business opportunities, and helping shape Global’s programmatic offering.

As a Senior Programmatic Manager at Global, you will:

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Growth & Strategy (40%)
    Own the commercial strategy for your agency portfolio, generating programmatic revenue, identifying growth opportunities, prioritising key accounts and maintaining a robust pipeline, forecast and annual growth plan.

  • Agency Partnerships & Market Development (30%)
    Build strategic relationships with senior agency and trading desk stakeholders, maintain a strong profile across planning and programmatic teams, lead DAX education and positioning, and represent Global at presentations, events and thought leadership opportunities.

  • Campaign, Product & Team Leadership (30%)
    Oversee end-to-end activation, including PMP setup and campaign performance, and work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Technology and Sales to improve delivery and evolve our proposition. Provide market feedback and coach and develop a Programmatic Manager.

What Success Looks Like

In your first few months, you’ll have:

  • Assessed revenue performance across your agency portfolio and mapped clear opportunities to grow DAX presence.
  • Built a robust, accurate pipeline and established strong forecasting rhythms.
  • Become confident in the DAX platform, reporting systems and campaign activation process.
  • Built strong relationships and profile across agency planning and trading desk teams, while contributing to new products and processes.

What You’ll Need

  • Programmatic Expertise
    Deep knowledge of the programmatic supply chain with hands-on DSP or SSP experience; knowledge of DOOH and/or audio is a bonus.
  • Commercial & Analytical Thinking
    Ability to balance revenue growth with operational excellence, using data to identify opportunities and solve problems.
  • Communication & Influence
    Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaboration & Leadership
    A proactive team player who can motivate others, work across different personalities and functions, and bring solutions to complex challenges.
