We're partnering with an ambitious, fast-growing independent programmatic agency that's continuing to make waves in the digital advertising space. With an impressive client portfolio, a collaborative culture and genuine opportunities for progression, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Programmatic Trader looking to take the next step in their career.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Programmatic Trader, you'll play a key role in planning, executing and optimising programmatic campaigns across a diverse range of clients and sectors. Working closely with internal teams and client stakeholders, you'll use data and insight to drive campaign performance and deliver outstanding results.

This role would suit someone with around 3-4 years' hands-on programmatic trading experience who enjoys analysing performance, testing new ideas and staying at the forefront of the ever-evolving programmatic landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, build and optimise programmatic campaigns across leading DSPs including The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP and Spotify.
  • Monitor campaign delivery, budgets, pacing and performance to ensure objectives are achieved.
  • Analyse campaign data and identify opportunities to improve results through ongoing optimisation.
  • Work closely with strategy, creative and client services teams to deliver best-in-class campaigns.
  • Present insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders where required.
  • Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies and best practice.
  • Help identify new ways to improve campaign performance and operational efficiency.

About You

You'll bring:

  • Around 3-4 years' experience in a programmatic trading role within an agency or digital media environment.
  • Hands-on experience using platforms such as The Trade Desk and DV360 (experience with additional DSPs is advantageous).
  • Strong analytical skills with confidence interpreting campaign performance data.
  • Excellent Excel or Google Sheets skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
  • A solid understanding of audience targeting, inventory types and key digital performance metrics.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a busy, growing team.
