Meraki Talent’s financial services client, is seeking an experienced Senior Programme Director / Programme Manager to lead a complex, enterprise-wide regulatory transformation and remediation programme. This is not an ‘IT Programme Manager’ contract, this sits firmly on the ‘business’ side, focused on regulatory remediation and controls.

- Lead a complex, high-profile regulatory programme across multiple business and control functions.
- Establish and oversee SteerCos, governance, RAID, dependencies, KPIs and integrated delivery plans.
- Manage senior stakeholders across Executive, Board, Risk, Compliance and Legal functions.
- Translate regulatory requirements into clear deliverables, accountabilities and remediation plans.
- Oversee regulatory evidence, information requests, interviews and submissions.
- Provide independent challenge, identify delivery risks and recover at-risk activity.
Background of the Senior Programme Director/Manager – Regulatory Transformation

- 12–20+ years' relevant programme delivery experience, with significant enterprise-level leadership.
- Strong background within financial services or consulting supporting major financial services clients.
- Proven experience delivering regulatory remediation, risk reduction or control transformation programmes.
- Credible operating at MD, Executive, Board and regulatory level.
- Excellent governance, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing complex, multi-workstream programmes in regulated environments.
