About The Role

The Transformation Programme Manager will be accountable for leading, developing and delivering one of the top transformation programmes for Business.

The Common Capabilities programme is the ‘engine’ that is responsible for discovering, designing and building a set of re-usable, standardised capabilities, journeys and frameworks to underpin the launch of Strategic Products in both colleague and digital channels, faster and at a lower cost. The programme is a critical enabler to maximise Capex and ROI outcomes for the business, ensuring future products are standardised and delivering next-generation customer experiences.

In this role you will use your knowledge of the cross-programme capabilities and working relationships with the Commercial, Sales, Service, Product and Journeys functions to define and develop the end to end programmatics for all aspects of the programme.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Define scope for the ‘refreshed’ Product Enablers programme, ensuring clear principles and ways of working defined and adopted across teams
  • Develop an end-to-end, multi year programme delivery model, balancing hybrid & agile working, clearly mapping route through from capability investment to product launches to business outcomes
  • Ultimate accountability and direct line management responsibility for up to 4 project managers responsible for delivery of milestones on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards
  • Consult closely with Product Managers and Project Managers to identify and communicate product roadmap trade offs
  • Ensure robust risk controls and governance in place to achieve commercial outcomes
  • Closely manage complex stakeholder engagement across BLT, programme sponsor and CEX, Sales and Service channels.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
