Senior Programme Manager – Regulatory Operations
Contract: 12 months
Location: London Remote (attend for meetings when needed in London)
Salary: £85k- £88k pa
We’re looking for an experienced Programme Manager / Regulatory Operations Manager to lead complex, high-impact programmes across international markets. This role will suit someone who has successfully delivered cross-functional programmes and has strong experience working directly with Product and/or Product Engineering teams.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead complex programmes from strategy through to execution
- Partner closely with Product and Product Engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Coordinate stakeholders across Operations, Data, Legal, Policy and other business functions
- Translate regulatory and operational requirements into clear programme plans
- Identify risks, analyse data and drive programme improvements
- Communicate progress, challenges and outcomes to senior stakeholders

What we’re looking for:
- 7+ years’ experience in Programme Management, Operations, Management Consulting or Regulatory Operations
- Previous experience working closely with Product and/or Product Engineering teams
- Proven experience owning and delivering complex cross-functional programmes
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Regulatory/compliance experience is advantageous, but not essential
- SQL knowledge is a plus
