Senior Programme Manager - Insurance, Transformation, Global, Market Entry

£Market Rate (Inside IR35)

Location: London / Hybrid
Duration: 6 months

I am currently working with a high-profile, instantly recognisable client who urgently requires an experienced Programme Manager, with a strong Insurance background, to lead a strategically important transformation programme focused on launching and scaling operations globally.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Programme Manager, leading large-scale business and technology transformation programmes within Insurance
  • Working knowledge of operating model change and organisational readiness
  • Strong programme governance, planning, risk, dependency and stakeholder management expertise
  • Experience leading market-entry, regulatory, legal entity establishment or expansion programmes across multiple geographies
  • Demonstrable experience coordinating cross-functional business, technology and operational teams, alongside suppliers, outsourcing partners and third parties
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive successful transition into BAU
  • Strong executive communication, leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver outcomes
