Senior Project/Contracts Manager - Irish Main Contractor - London City
Project
Our client, an Irish main contractor, is seeking a Senior Project/Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of a high-density residential development in London. This hands-on role is based on-site and requires managing all aspects of the construction process. Particular focus for this role will be on drawing up & managing the project schedule/programme & ensuring project timelines are met, collaborating with design teams, architects, and other key stakeholders, managing these design meetings, value engineering etc.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in the design & delivery of high-quality residential units, without the involvement of a main contractor. This position is ideal for a professional with significant experience in managing large-scale residential projects for main contractors or developers.

Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (desirable).
- Proven experience with a main contractor or developer managing & overseeing large-scale residential projects.
